I was praying earlier that the fear that people have about this would end...it’s ridiculous now.

It’s just a big stink over a simple mask.
If people want to wear one then wear one.
If people don’t want to wear one. Then let it be.

Frustrates the hell out of me when simple stuff gets turned into a complicated ordeal.
I was tired of the virtue signaling from mask promoters. And wearing a mask is mandatory in businesses where you can't socially distance here.

They aren’t trying to “uphold” anything and besides the constitution is overrated and the founders never intended for those rights to be extended universally, we can do better. I’ve studied the militia movement for years. I know what they are about and what the have planned for people like me. So I recognize it as an existential threat.
i know this message is falling on deaf ears, but our constitutional rights are the only thing standing in the way of complete NWO enslavement. our rights are being trampled right now, and if we dont speak out about it, the precedent is set. they will NEVER come back. if you think theyre overrated and "just a piece of paper", maybe youd be a good fit in china.

It’s not protesting just racism but yet another police murder. Stop murdering people and you wont have riots. Besides they were vandalizing police vehicles and buildings not actual people. Cops are just a legal gang like any other. No sympathy from me.
this doesnt belong on this thread. id love to discuss it, though! quick comment on that, though: if you think antifa is the only group upset about it, you couldnt be more wrong.

Jesus... ok so here goes. Masks have been required at different points in history and in different countries at different times and have never became mandatory nor were they the harbinger of loss of rights. People are being extremely dramatic over a really stupid thing imo.

On both sides. But I am shocked to see people HERE buying into this clearly overhyped and manipulated division tactic. We have 6 months - 54 months before sthf like never before. Stay focused.

What do we do now that we have new CDC numbers? CDCs new stats say that the fatality rate in symptomatic cases is 0.2%, and only 65% of cases are symptomatic.

I doubt this will change much. Those who have bought into the fear porn will continue along with the same nonsense.

I’m pretty sure those numbers haven’t changed, 0.4% fatality rate is 1.3 million dead Americans if everyone gets infected. They said from the beginning the fatality rate wasn’t concerning, the rate and speed of contagion was.

Being logical is the opposite of dramatic.

The mask craze isn't about human rights. It's about weighing where the mask philosophy leads against what Covid-19 is doing. The virus is basically laser targetting the old folks and most vulnerable. So that is where our focus should be, and it's the reason why the mask philosophy inevitably goes nowhere.

There's no clear objective telling random scrubs to throw a mask on. It's not controlled, or laser-focused in any way shape, or form. So to me, the real question is how did this mask craze even take off? Like is it because people feel powerless? Or perhaps it's a symptom of some altered state of consciousness.

Lately, I've had this theory that there is some sort of emotional limbo that exists. Basically the countries who have handled Covid-19 well had real-world experience with SARS outbreaks. But more importantly, they were laser-focused in their response. They didn't blindly tell some spring breakers to stay home or slap a mask on.

I didn’t say YOU were dramatic man. Many people are acting overly dramatic though, on both sides. We aren’t all going to die, nor is wearing a mask the end of personal freedoms. Bigger things going on.

Like that is going to happen. It's about as contagious as the flu.

“maskers” (these are literally the stupidest adjectives I’ve ever heard) are asking people to don a practically free piece of fabric so that we can reopen society and hopefully avoid as many unnecessary Illnesses and deaths as possible. It costs nothing and if it doesn’t work no harm, no foul. You aren’t losing anything of substance by doing so. If it does work then maybe, just maybe we can avoid a situation where civil war over forced vaccinations becomes a reality.
as a non-masker (its a noun, btw), i feel that wearing a free piece of fabric does absolutely nothing. i know you have your science and i have mine, but you want me to wear the mask because you believe in it?
if someone came up to you and said, ''christ is coming! repent!' and you politely declined and then he said, "why dont you repent? no harm, no foul!" how would you respond (if you werent christian of course)?
the mere act of me putting on the mask is akin to being forced to capitulate and bow before the official NWO medical authorities` recommendations, which i understand to be wrong. its a recognizable symbol (over the mouth, coincidentally or not) that i am a follower of theirs.

its the same thing with the climate change hoax. "we have our scientific sources that say humans are changing the climate, so... just to be safe (no harm no foul), stop eating meat (cows have to go), curb your carbon footprint, ban large engine vehicles, limit your use of polluting devices, have only one child, etc., etc.

“anti maskers” are saying nope, sorry Won’t do that, but we expect you to be on the front lines fighting that anti vaccinatior war your trying to avoid anyway. Expecting maskers to give up their ability to work and provide for their families, their safety, possibly their lives and giving nothing in return, no attempt to control the situation before it gets there and a whole bunch of scorn, nastiness, Disrespect and agitating during the whole period leading up to it.
never should anyone be forced to go to work. dont work if you dont feel safe. quit. find a job that one feels safe doing, or work from home. im not sure why those people didnt do that last year or in any of the other previous years when the regular flu infected 45 million people and upwards of 95,000 died. https://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/past-seasons.html

Whether it happens or not or whether you believe it can or not wasn’t the point. The point is the fatality rate didn’t actually change. They were operating under assumptions about the spread.

I’m not too sure about those assumptions because I have family members living with people with covid that did not get covid themselves. However, the fatality rate is only one piece of a bigger picture and isolating it and then being less then entirely honest about its presentation is not going to get us anywhere

Something to ponder.. if the masks power lies in its psychological association with control, and giving people a sense of control when they’ve lost their normal avenues.. why is that a problem? Organisms seek homeostasis. People seek control, balance, peace. Very few like or can even tolerate chaos.

Come on at first they said MILLIONS were going to die, then they revised that down a couple of times after the idiotic lockdown was in place which totally ruined the economy for GENERATIONS to come.

so if the fatality rate wasnt the most concerning (which should be the ONLY important factor), all this ridiculous hooplah is for the speed and rate of transmission of the dreaded, terrifying "flu like symptoms"?
and youre still wearing a mask??
