i think it's funny a lot of parents are happy about their kids being into kpop, because they really think kpop is innocent and cute ....I think most of them have no idea these idols promote this "if you are not skinny you are ugly" mentality

its very toxic and dangerous for kids to watch this
Do you know the girl Na Haeun? She's danced at the major kpop award shows and has a YouTube channel. I worry about her getting into this industry but her parents are ok with it. She's had a music video of her own, and done shows with other kids. Kpop groups practice with her sometimes and she's very talented. This kid can out dance most idols.

The food is an illusion
Most kpop idols have EDs ,being korean plus a kpop performer will make their relationship with food very very toxic

Jkay has openly admitted to going 5 days without food to lose weight for a comeback

I'm sure bulimia and anorexia runs rampant in kpop

All of Boys that suck are scary skinny now
Jh looks like a totally different person he looks horrible
Jm is at a decent weight now but thinks he is too fat at 143 pounds and promising fans he will "lose weight and be pretty again soon"

I wouldn't want their life for anything in the world cuz behind the glitz and glamor its depravity and sadness

Jk is not underweight though, JM is
He's been a lot smaller, even severely underweight.
Its not even in korea's history, to be skinny asf, it's what the elite taugh them, and people are really following this crap, bullying eachother for this, i dont even see them talking about their "real culture" anymore, its all about blonding their hair and fugly blue eye contacts, the only thing i still see is their food, and its too fading away. Becuz of this crapy idol system, and kdramas, how does people worship such way of living! And line fr, the message is so scary, little girls and some boys try so hard losing weight, and be like a walking stick, for their ippar to notice notice them, thats sick.
Their number one food item, kimchi, is made in China. People are losing the ability to create an integral part of their culture and foodways.

Jh was better looking a couple of months before when he performed Butter on James Corden show. I wonder what happened to him that for his Solo he went on some extreme diet thing, he looks skeletal, unappealing.

You know what I want to make a confession. I'm living a pretty miserable life like now I'm sick and alone and nobody to take care of me. I often envy these people lives how they have all the money and people love them. But than I came to this forum, my perspective changed a lot.
God loves you more than you could ever imagine. He is with you ALWAYS. :)

The obsession with size and vilification of fat people is a recent development. Do more with less! Takes your eyes away from the involuntarily skinny and the poor food quality. Remember an article about food quality a few years ago. It said that American food has less real food than the 90s. Most of it is fillers and edible material. China has an issue with fake rice and imitation food. The diet industry created a problem that didn't exist. The BMI charts were developed by a man that wasn't a doctor and insurance companies used it to keep risky customers from using their products. They want you to buy but rarely use it. That's how money is made off selling insurance.

A hundred years ago, only rich people could afford enough food to get fat. Several hundred years ago, only rich and people could afford sugar. Commoners in Europe dyed their teeth black to look trendy and rich. Most Asians, Africans, Americans, and europeans can't afford meat at every meal, and most developing countries use it to flavor food, and rarely as a dish on its own.

Sweets are rare too except for the overly available cheap junk foods made from dairy waste. Baby formula was developed to use the waste left over from processing dairy. If you knew how it was developed, many people would think before using it.

This long ass post is to say that our almost worldwide obsession with weight, dieting, anxiety and depression over our shape and size has little to do with us. We're so self focused on fixing or perfecting ourselves, we don't have energy to help others. It's probably the same in South Korea.

It’s SOOO hypocritical…. they message (love bomb) things like “Love Yourself“ and ”Lift others Up” , while blatantly LIVING self harm and self loathing. Beyond mind fu@&ing!!! A disgusting self perpetuating cycle of destructiveness.
Their fans are notorious for that. "Why do you hate oppar? He sings about love and speaking yourself." Then they beat up Korean fansites at concerts and call anyone critical of them a f_g or fat. Have seen it with my own eyes and it's disgusting.

There's so much mindless obsession with trends, weight, fashion and everyone acts like zombies. Whatever a celebrity tells them, they do it without thinking about why or if it's safe. I worry about the kids following btees and other idol's diets. Those are very dangerous. They have to use drugs and protein shakes to function and it messes with their bodies.

Don't wish for their life cuz their lives are also an illusion
Sure they have boat loads of money but that money came at a very high price of their mental health and physical health and most.of.all their souls!

Millions of fans who love the illusion of btss cuz they do not know these men to actually love them and most of these fans see them as dolls for them to play with and fantasize of and not see them as actual human beings

They love the facade of btss but the real btss they do not know and probably have no interest in really knowing them anyway since it would destroy the illusion of btss that they have created(with help from hibe and btss) in their minds

Also this is for you -
As long as GOD is you for who can be against you?
Remember that HE is with us always and that when others forsake us GOD will take care of us
