I can remember an early video of R0cket Punch not long after their debut. Member Y3onhee had just a couple of drinks and was becoming visibly tipsy. The video said that she gets drunk quickly because of her tiny body. I think part of why these stars have strict diets is so when they get "sponsored" and have to go out on a date with an old perv, he can get her drunk easier then have his way with her. This of course also includes the male idols.
