I will say what actually hasnt helped. The song ‘only one you need’ I prolly wasn’t ready for it after what happened.

When I heard it I completely understood that song differently than what the meaning he said it was about.
Phantom pain yes but. His message in the song was said to be to comfort someone you have lost, but in my mourning mind it was to tell you to not stop thinking about him as he is the only one I need. In other words no-one else. Maybe the dream wasn’t a demon and he was reassuring by patting my leg that my family were what I needed not him.

I come from a country where we have people of all existing religions so we grow up being tolerant of every religion and respect each one equally. The whole point of every religion, regardless of which one it is, exists to make people better human beings. As a Christian, i believe that if you believe in God and was a good human being all your life, i know for a fact that you have a place in heaven. Whether you were a Muslim, a Christian or a Hindu or any other religion what matters is your character and who you were when you lived on Earth. I can't see God being so fussed about religion anyway.
