In japan they have a 5 o clock alarm (national) that asks all the kids to go home and stop playing outside (unless their parents are with them ) after it rings (it's mandatory )
Why don't all countries have this for real the kids would be in less danger
(Just my opinion )(ps : don't worry i'm not a weeb i know the country has it's flaws too )
