How about respectfully asking Christian missionaries to not proselytise in non Christian countries?

Btw, both Mary and Joseph’s lines are of significance to Jesus. It goes right back to the “Seed of the Woman” prophecy in Genesis.

But it's our Christian duty to be good samaritans to try to help nonchristians..

I have no issue with @DesertRose sharing her views. I believe people should be free to choose. I don’t believe in “Christian countries” anymore than I do “Muslim countries”, there are just people, wherever they live who should be given freedom to think and decide what they believe for themselves.

At school in the early Sixties, some kids were going around telling us "Wow, there was a fabulous new group called the Beatles on TV last night, they're terrific!"
So we checked them out ourselves and found it was true, they were fab and blew our socks off.
Same with Jesus, he's fab too, so naturally we want nonchristians to check him out..

I say “I don’t believe in” in the sense that I don’t see the validity in the claim. In the UK, some people claim to be Christian because they live in a “Christian country”, which when you understand the nature of faith is a total nonsense, rather like sleeping in a cowshed and believing yourself to have horns and a woolly tail!!

The bottom line is that Jesus's credentials are w-a-a-a-y above any other religious founders, for example his coming was prophesied multiple times in the Old T, and when he arrived he did miracles by the power of God coursing through him.
To cap it all, the other founders are just corpses in boxes somewhere but Jesus is not..
