Disagree. Having an active ongoing community resistance is absolutely vital. People can talk and network there and have support in their decisions against taking the poison and the anti humanity measures. From simple walks can come more resistence. Furthermore the regime fears it which is why they created state sanctioned protest movements of populace against populace last year in the USA, and ban people from going to places where they can speak to each other. And in Australia, speaking to other people is banned all together
