So yesterday he came to live and folded his underwear seriously:rolleyes: imagine if female idol does that
Not to hurt anyone but hopi really looks like uncle or aged person in that short hair and army is saying cute seriously let me what is cute there?
Lol. He does not realize how "folding underwears" in public is so unappealing, inappropriate, and unbecoming...He actually "cheapens" the brand...CK must object to this! Haha!

Honestly I don't think YG is an incel or a piece of shit to work with at all, which is why he's had positive relationships and friendships with the women he's collaborated with. He seems to be all about making his money and working his ass off, all hats to him. His music isn't to my taste but 1000% he has an amazing work ethic and has a lot of talent and intelligence. He's gone from least favourite to probably just behind JK in terms of Army fans.

I don't think he and Jimin are playing the ship game, I think YG is clearly looking out for Jimin and mentoring him and advising him in a way, as he now starts his solo stint?. They look a lot closer than they have been in years.

Can't believe neither Jungkook or Jimin congratulated Jimin on that number 1 lmao. Tae is probably dying of Jealousy. They all must be because that's not guaranteed stats for them either, jimin really got lucky and must have a lot more fans than people think.

I really think JK and V have not resigned or want a lot more than what the company is willing to give. V has his wooga squad for acting/socialite connections so he will be fine so long as the fandom doesn't turn on him, which they really might if the company wants them too.

I also feel like there's not a chance he and jk are enlisting this year. It's only been the hyungs and Jimin talking about 2025 and how they'd like to see a way forward to coming back as a group by then. The youngest 2 have been utterly silent (silenced LOL).

I think they're gonna stay with Hybe for ot7 work but sign with other agencies for individual work for sure and use Hybe as a distributor.

I am not surprised by Jm's success. His fans work like B@ekhyun's fans. In ex0 D.O, K@i, Ch@nyeol and B@ekhyun are almost equally popular in fact I would say K@i could be more popular than B@ekhyun but B@ekhyun is the only member who is able to achieve 1 million sales for his albums. This is because his fanbase is rich and they focus a lot more on charts than other member fans.

Same thing happens in BT$ fandom. Jkay and Vee are more popular but their fanbases are not as dedicated as JM's fanbase when it comes to buying merch and albums. Jkay has the most number of casual fans who don't stream or mass buy this is why left and right didn't get that billboard No1. But it also means he is organically more popular. When I was an army I remember solo Stans of Jkay always calling out PJMs for faking his success. Right now too they are mass buying and mass streaming but the general public in America doesn't even know his song. His fanbase is very organized and they have been saving money for his solo for a long time. In Kpop everything depends on how loyal your fanbase is and among BT$ members he has the most dedicated fans. Another thing being talked about on twitter these days is that big BT$ funding accounts are all PJMs so they use most of the funds they receive from ratmys to boost his streams and album sales.

So true!!
I saw army praising the lyrics on my tl so I had high expectations for this but this is really bad like this is reminding me of their Butter and Dynamite eras. It's so repetitive and the English lyrics make no sense. The auto tune makes it even worse. How much did they pay IU to be a part of this?
I wanted Daechwita not Rm 2.0. The song sounds more like Rm's style than Sg.

YG getting 3 MVs for his album lol. That first pre-release with IU 10000% underperformed. The fandom is fighting like mad cos they were dragging Jimin for ages as the company fave yet YG pulled out with a tour documentary and more versions of his album than Jimin. I would laugh so much if he didn't get a number 1.

I like YG and think he's talented, but there's deffo a lot of arrogance lol.

And jimins solos are incredibly dedicated and organised. That man will eat off them for years to come if he's smart, which he is.

true, but at least Bekhyung can sing lol

to be fair I understand if JK is frustrated about JM "success"....JK has carried this group vocally for like 10 years

not to mention JM has beeen using him with that Ji-kook ship for years, and in most cases JK has been looking awkward with JM clinging to him and trying to kiss him

so a lof of JM's popularity is thanks to Ji.kook and JK singing to save his ass (even on his own songs as a back vocal)

Alters (alter egos) are often considered demonic personalities occupying a person's spirit... August D, the "famous" alter of Sug is full of anger and rebellion...and that seems to dominate Sug's inner personality... his apparent "calm and quiet" demeanor is not his true self...
Everyone has a dark side to them, even if they won't admit it. We all have things about ourselves that make us uncomfortable.

FYI, YG discusses having OCD and depression in his song, The Last. In the music video for the title track, Agust D, he's in a messy, chaotic trailer and has been tied to a chair. I think was supposed to represent two things: YG's mind where he keeps the alter-ego, Agust D, locked away in the messiest part of his mind where the symptoms of OCD and depression are born. I think it also represents his breaking free in the music industry and breaking free as a person. When the alter-ego frees himself from the chair, then gets out of the trailer altogether, he is getting out of the messy zone in YG's mind, he's exploring the music industry, and he's also still holding onto the trailer because it is a part of him. It's like an acceptance of the things he can't completely change, but can at least bring balance to.

YG brings back the alter-ego in the music video for Daechwita, where two sides of him are fighting over territory. The bad side, the "king", has really caused some serious problems and the other side, who is not the friendliest character either, executes the bad side in the end. It's an unsettling video because YG is doing away with an unwanted part of himself, but it's also empowering because he's taking a step forward and making a hard decision for himself to do better and live better. I think the pandemic really made him stop and take a look at himself, emotionally and physically, and explore things he'd never been interested in before. Pre-pandemic, YG didn't do much of anything. Post-pandemic, he's shown interest in being more social, taking up artistic/creative hobbies unrelated to music, started working out more, and in general seems to be a healthier person.

YG is not quiet, lol, this is known. It's been known since this dude hit the spotlight. As far as calm is concerned, he truly is a very even-tempered person. He has his random, hyper moments, but those are usually driven by the presence of others.

All of us have a dark side that we live with or try to manage. It is implied that those individuals who sell their soul become possess with an evil entity. There is no way confirm that YG has sold his sold unless he subtly admits he has in his music or media. Imo When asked if he has different personalities, he says he remains YG despite his stage and rapper persona. YG credited as the genius behind music. I hope YG mental health is better now.

YG definitely seeks out well known artists to promote his career. That's fair. After working with IU the first time, he did become friends with her, though. Which is likely why they worked together again. From what they both say about each other, they have a lot in common. (Also, I rarely, if ever give a crap about who anyone is dating, but if they are a couple by now I wouldn't be surprised. Although, to put a hole in my own speculation, YG is friends with every single woman he's collaborated with, all of whom have been confirmed to be simply friends and not partners. In general I think he works better with women than men).

Getting back to charting, I'll be less inclined to think the charts were manipulated if People Pt. 2 does well, because of IU. There will be some manipulation I'm sure, but nowhere near to the degree that JM's stuff was manipulated. Fans of YG's solo stuff have been clammering for his music ever since the first hints at D-Day were dropped last year. There's a clear "want" there that's different from JM. Same can be said about NJ's solo album; it did well because people had been looking forward to it and impatiently awaiting it.
I was looking forward to the rap solo releases, and so far haven't been disappointed. They rarely disappoint in btees songs and are the real talent in the group. Hoping for more Daechwita, but this isn't bad.

Seriously he acts so desperate attention seeker sometimes. I mean how is it appropriate of a man almost 25 to fold his underwear in front of mostly minor fandom who already acts thirsty. As somebody's said, it cheapens the brand,Yeah it does.

Well JK and hobi both looks older than their ages imo when they are not wearing any makeup. Jk looked a little worn out this year specially in terms of looks.
