Jaz is part of the big club. He got the memo it seems.
Thanks for sharing! What's the symbolism behind the Fall Out Boy album covers?Supposedly Emo music albums have obvious symbols. Some of them are already mentioned in this thread. (Panic! At the Disco's Vices and Virtues)
Thirty Seconds to Mars
Paramore
Panic! At the Disco
Fall Out Boy
That's probably the tamest album "art" that involves child nudity. Don't look them up, serious. When I first saw that album cover I was surprised that they could get away with releasing cover art like that.
I don't know the Sacred Heart's significance, but who the one holding it is supposed to be? Because I find that image more sacriligious; a common yet not well known technique to insult religious figures is to draw a female face then add male details like facial hair and this certainly seems like such a case. Here is an image of the cover art for Iggy Azalea's EP titled "Wicked Lips". On the cover art she is holding an apple over her chest, which is a sacrilegious inversion of the artwork that represents the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Kind of funny how many satanists/atheists use the very same text they're rejecting, to reject it.- since becoming a Christian I've noticed from memory that some of these black/death (im just lumping it together for simplicity) metal bands use actual scriptural references in their song lyrics or titles. So they (or whoever writes their songs for them) seem to have some knowledge of scripture, but they reject it.
Perhapse because the less blatant ones draw more of the unkowing crowd? Like how things like Playboy and "casual" film nudity have corrupted more minds than hardcore pornography.- something that puzzles me: so we know that most (all?) entertainment industry people make a deal to "join the club", but the part that doesn't make sense to me is why these type of artists that are blatantly satanic get the short end of the stick in a way, while artists that are less overt about it get much more money and fame. I'm sure there's an answer, but i don't know it
For some reason, many metal songs have really complicated, "beautiful" compositions, second only to classical music; which has made me suspicous about them too, though that certainly requires its own thread.- i still remember last time i listened to this kind of music. It was a band called cryptopsy, and the first song on this album was an intro on an acoustic guitar that sounded beautiful, nothing like the rest of the album.
That's interesting. Do you have any sources on that? For some reason, many metal songs have really complicated, "beautiful" compositions, second only to classical music; which has made me suspicous about them too, though that certainly requires its own thread.
Good gosh! These albums are absolutely horrendous! We can definitely see the p*do agenda right up front and center on some of them, it's so obvious! Don't get me started on the David Bowie dog body thing ugh lol just disturbing. The Most Controversial Album Covers Of All Time

What symbolism did you have in mind for the second album cover listed in your post?
I do understand that not every single thing in everyday life is a symbol, however when it comes to the entertainment industry I tend to be a bit more skeptical, because the entertainment industry is run by satanists that are trying to corrupt the morals of humanity.Long time lurker. I have to ask: Is there anything for you guys that does not equal mkultra/evil/satanism/illuminati/freemasons? I mean, almost everything that is not Jesus depicted in something means evil to you lol.
Fuck the freemasons tho, 0% originality 100% cringe

I think it could also symbolize duality with the black and white colors on it.Beta kitten programming
For classical music, see this thread by ToxicFemininitySucks, I personally have no source besides the metal music I've unfotunately heard, and a hunch I had on based on 'stories' and biographies I've read of classical musicians, which that thread somewhat proves. That's interesting. Do you have any sources on that?
The only one I remember ever protesting a nude cover, was Jimmy Hendrix. They really like nude girls/women, don't they? Just awful!
Wow! I didn't know that, thanks so much for telling me. It goes to show that alot of these musicians are okay with needless objectification. The only one I remember ever protesting a nude cover, was Jimmy Hendrix
Yeah, even if they are not bad people to begin with, most artists will be, at least to degree, since universal art education is systematically evil. Even many that go against the system, are inherently playing in the system since they were raised by/in it, ie. Carlos Latuff, very vocal about Israhelli apartheid and other aspects of imperialism, but from what I know, he supported the vax (I myself did, though not all vaxines, until about a year ago), and draws erotic stuff in his spare time.Wow! That's sadly the thing, it seems that they will still end up being for something they shouldn't. It's so hard pressed to find someone in any kind of entertainment that is fully pure. That lifestyle seems tough, and I feel for some who are in it,Yeah, even if they are not bad people to begin with, most artists will be, at least to degree, since universal art education is systematically evil.
