BRAZIL
In Brazil we can’t cancel any contract. When the person is born now and gets his birth certificate at the registry office, he already receives his CPF. In the 90’s we were obligated to register when we became teens or adults otherwise we wouldn’t have many rights in our own country and could even be considered criminals in case police asked us why did we not have a CPF being more than 16. Now the baby has it written on his birth certificate once he is registered in his first days. Through the CPF (Physical Person Register) it is possible to know the person’s address, expenditure at shops and supermarket, schools the person has been at, trips (national and international), places the person has worked, family, online registry in websites, criminal past and so on. It should be called No Way Out.
MY Comment: Yes, I have seen it all in Brazil. You confirmed my nightmares: I had alters who have lived in Brazil. Hivites need it to kill you – they kill many people without traces.
