According to some of the female stars of the movie the bad reviews are because of white men. And here I thought it was simply a shit movie kind of like the Ghost-busters remake.

To be honest, I didn't notice any kind of blame while watching this movie. I guess, some women blame every man regardless of their race

in todays society, diversity and having a company thats multicultural is FAR more important than the merit-based qualifications of the individual.
further, its racist in itself to assume that people of the same ethnicity and sex (white males come to mind, of course) think the same way which would lead to homogeneous creative ideas, which seems to be their greatest argument.
