How many trees exist and have existed?
How many humans have been seeded and grown in and outside their respective incubators/habitats?
We are all constantly growing by His power.
Our hairs are constantly growing even if we are unaware of it.
Who can maintain all that other than He Alone? Nobody and no one!

To think about all those billions of human beings, let alone other animate beings, that are actually existing and are blessed with a good sense of smell which is linked to that organ called the nose through which one can actually judge and discern concerning the correctness of any item or matter at hand...
As in, how that particular being was nothing except less than a drop of ejected fluid before growing to birthable size and again ejected into this world, does anybody actually realize how Good God Is for Blessing us with constantly functioning organs and life?

Every man is every woman and every woman is a piece of planet Earth unto herself!
Allahu Akbar for every inhalation that ever occurred!
Every human being in that sense is a world unto him/herself since every body, whether human or inhuman, functions in a different way although every body might tend to believe that everybody perceives things in just the same way that s/he does...
To think that every body was but a dot at first before having now attained the capabilities of seeing and hearing, to say the least...

How many chickens have existed till now and how many eggs have been laid?
How many dishes can be imagined with innumerable combinations of vegetables, fruits, and different types of staple foods too used as base?

Who Created the human being with all of his/her limited needs and unlimited desires?
How many humans have existed till now and how many have transitioned to the next life already?
All of them never asked to be here yet were Created with love by Him and all of the body's physical needs had already been predestined before it was even Made here.
How Great Is He for Owning all of us! And whatever we need in order to survive and to continue serving the good cause is pretty much only faith, the greatest of all blessings! The rest is just semantics.

What a tremendous creation density is?
Even the dot at the end of this sentence is very dense with millions of vibrating particles of matter.
Needless to say that each and every one of them are His Blessed subjects.
What I also mean is that we're just as tiny as them dust particles in His Eyes.

What was just about any spot of planet Earth except just a mere atom at first?

The food industry must be the biggest industry ever, right?
And to think that all the food comes from His Earth, His grains of soil!
As in wheat plantations for example, full of wheat plants and their own particularly altered grains of nutrition!
How many tonnes have been planted and harvested till now?
