King James Version
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.
3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

the passage is talking about creating an idol and worshiping it, which we don’t do.
heres a video explaining:
She bore Jesus. Yes. She is Jesus Christ mother. Yes. However she is NOT the mother of God. Jesus Christ body did NOT make him God. His divine spirit did. Luke 11: 27 And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.If you looked a few posts up, you literally would’ve seen the answer

The Holy Virgin Mary is absolutely the mother of God!
Merry Christmas by the way!
she literally is the Mother of God and what’s more the Angel Gabriel venerated her, it’s literally in the Bible.She bore Jesus. Yes. She is Jesus Christ mother. Yes. However she is NOT the mother of God. Jesus Christ body did NOT make him God. His divine spirit did. Luke 11: 27 And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.
28But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it. Thanks but I no longer celebrate Christmas and heres why.
Jeremiah Chapter 10
1 Hear ye the word which the LORD speaketh unto you, O house of Israel:
2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.
To call Mary the "Mother of God" is implying that God was created. No. He IS the Creator. Mary was created. She was favored by The Most High God to carry out the most important task of bringing the Savior into the world, and she followed Him, but she had other children and was appointed to die like you and me. She cannot hear veneration. "The dead knoweth nothing". Nor does Jesus Christ the Savior instruct his followers to do so. As for Christmas it is hard to overlook that the world created a godlike figure in santa claus (he knows when your sleeping/awake, good/bad, plus travels the world in a night). I dont believe its wrong to join with family to praise The Most High God, but believers should do that all the time.S

maybe you should watch the video I posted that Christmas has nothing to do with heathens and pagans? Here’s the video:
