Will vs. Ambition

I really did try to come up with scripture evidence for this, but I have not been able to.
I even put my reading glasses on, and searched through my books to help me.
Ughhh doesn’t it suck so much when you reach the age of “readers” status?
First world, American problems

Anyways, my heart tells me that “ambition” is really, not a very admirable quality in a person. It’s what makes people greedy, shallow, and basically, selfish.

I believe that having “will” is a good quality in a person. It’s what makes you desire to take care of your family, stop your own vices like smoking, and it helps you to continue on with the study of God.

My problem is, that having little ambition seems to always be detrimental.
Nowadays in American society, we are being judged on whether or not we are black enough, or female enough to serve as an American Supreme Court Justice.
Remember, our president said that his choice would follow this template.
I have no ambition to climb or stomp over anyone, for anything.
I basically “give up.”
I don’t care about any job or business opportunities, I don’t care about yet another of the consistent battles between the Russians and the Ukrainians(seems their battles have been going on since the beginning of time, whoever those peoples are.)
I am raising my children to the best of my ability, but there is zero ambition involved. I do it because I love them so much. I always worry about them having a proper dinner, clean clothes with a good pimple cleaning shower, and that they have the skills needed to take care of themselves, and their future families.

Unfortunately, I grieve because I have no ambition. I am bored because of it.
Sometimes I feel like I barely have any will.
Woes me

We are ALL here to do, what we are ALL here to do!

Find and then merge ourselves, individually, with Infinity.

Thank you Hans.
I appreciate you as my only support, but no.

Infinity does not belong to you, nor does it seem that you have any real concept of it.

You are most welcome, hon'ble fellow human being Madame.

You are correct, Infinity most definitely does NOT belong to me. I belong to It, on It's Terms & Mercy!

Please, do tell…
Through the search of finding yourself,
where, how, and when, did your god of infinity scoop you up in its arms of mercy?
What are your gods terms?

It’s true, I have always loved a pagan god
night night story.

Gotta love a guy that has found himself fashionable amongst godless scientists.
No idea what you mean by that.
I seem to always come across the idea that, it's not what happens to you that's important, it's how you respond to it. What IS the best response to the "slings & arrows of outrageous fortune"? I see Krishnamurti's viewpoint as an ideal one should work towards.
